From my conversations on gearslutz with UAD piping in, these devices are basically aimed at entry level artist who normally would get one of the SSL 2+USB or Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 type devices.these units obviously come with some decent software (good selling point) but these are NOT designed to integrate into the larger UAD platform of DSP devices.hence no Spdif/Adat ports.
